Requirements
Proficient in Rust / Go / Python / Next.js and other related technology stacks, with the ability to independently handle module design, development, debugging, and delivery.
Welcoming excellent engineers who are proficient in mainstream backend languages like Java and are willing to transition to the Go language technology stack.
Possess good backend engineering capabilities, understanding common engineering practices such as interface design, service decomposition, concurrency handling, exception handling, log tracing, and performance optimization.
Database and Middleware
Proficient in PostgreSQL or other mainstream relational databases, with strong data modeling, SQL optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Practical experience with transaction isolation levels, locking mechanisms, concurrency control, and data consistency in high-concurrency scenarios.
Skilled in using Redis, understanding common use cases and risk boundaries such as caching, distributed locks, queues, and rate limiting.
AI Engineering Capability
Proficient in using AI programming tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, capable of deeply integrating AI into daily development processes.
Understand the correct usage of AI-assisted development, able to improve development efficiency and delivery quality through clear requirement breakdown, context organization, prompt design, and code review.
Possess an All in AI work philosophy, willing to proactively explore the application of AI in demand analysis, architecture design, code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation writing, and Code Review.
Able to assess the quality and risks of AI-generated code, not blindly trusting generated results, with necessary manual review, debugging, and engineering implementation capabilities.
Experience in using AI tools for real project development, refactoring, automated testing, documentation generation, or engineering efficiency improvement is preferred.
Code Quality
Serious and meticulous development attitude, with high standards for code quality, code structure, naming conventions, and formatting style.
Focus on code readability, maintainability, and testability, able to proactively conduct self-testing, boundary condition validation, and issue retrospectives.
No acceptance of the “as long as it runs” development approach, requiring engineering thinking and long-term maintenance awareness.
Comprehensive Quality
Possess good cybersecurity awareness, understanding common security practices such as anti-scraping, anti-injection, anti-tampering, access control, and interface authentication.
Good documentation habits, able to clearly output technical solutions, interface specifications, deployment instructions, and issue records.
Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, suitable for remote collaboration, able to take responsibility for results.
Salary and Work Mode
Salary: 20K RMB / month (two days off per week, national statutory holidays)
Work Mode: On-site in Guangzhou or fully remote
Flexible working system, not primarily assessed by clocking in, but more focused on actual output, code quality, and delivery results.
