Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily handling of employee relations (onboarding, offboarding, labor contract management), creating a corporate culture atmosphere, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
2. Proactively engage with management, frontline supervisors, and employees in various forms of contact and effective communication to ensure information is effectively transmitted across different levels.
3. Conduct employee interviews to understand employee dynamics and personal needs, and assist departments in carrying out employee care activities and training.
4. Promote company-level changes within the business department, responsible for improving the human resources systems, processes, and frameworks of the business department; enhance the efficiency of human resource operations.
5. Have insights into the business, quickly learn and advance the development of the business team, assist the department in optimizing internal organizational structure, improve team cohesion, and enhance the stability of core employees.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree, proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages, with 2 years or more of support work experience in HR, employee movements, and attendance management.
2. Good communication skills and business understanding, able to form a deep understanding from both external market and internal business perspectives, and plan HR work and corresponding solutions.
3. Sensitivity to people and organizations, able to conduct organizational and personnel diagnostics, and develop effective solutions to address issues and ensure implementation.
