Responsibilities:
1. Conversion Link Optimization: Responsible for monitoring traffic across all channels, improving overall customer acquisition efficiency by optimizing website click-through rates, installation rates on various platforms (iOS/Android), and channel conversion logic.
2. User Engagement and Order Triggering: Enhance the frequency of user-triggered orders through front-end logic adjustments and strategic interventions, driving commercialization through high-frequency behaviors.
3. Commercialization Strategy Design:
First Charge Conversion: Design low-threshold first charge products (e.g., weekly membership) to lower payment barriers and increase new payment rates.
Average Order Value Enhancement: Plan high-value packages (monthly/quarterly) and a virtual currency system, optimize pricing strategies, and improve ARPPU performance.
Renewal Recall: Establish mechanisms to reach out to old users through Push notifications, in-site messages, etc., to reverse the decline in renewals and increase the proportion of old users recharging.
Data Modeling and Experimentation: Conduct experimental validation based on the influence mechanism of “order triggering-payment rate-ARPU,” continuously iterating growth paths through data feedback.
