Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for channel expansion and operations in the Japanese market, developing and maintaining local KOLs, agents, affiliates, communities, and other cooperative channels to drive user growth and increase trading volume.
2. Formulate and execute channel operation strategies and cooperation plans, including channel incentives, promotional activities, user conversion, and retention.
3. Continuously track channel performance and core business data, analyze user growth, trading volume, conversion rates, and other metrics to optimize channel efficiency and return on investment.
4. Maintain channel partnerships, follow up on cooperation progress, activity execution, and achievement of business goals, promoting long-term stable cooperation.
5. Monitor trends in the Japanese cryptocurrency market, competitor channel strategies, and industry trends to identify new channel cooperation opportunities.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in channel operations, channel expansion, affiliate, KOL business development, or related work experience, with preference given to those with experience in the Japanese market.
2. Familiarity with the local Japanese market and user characteristics, with preference given to those who have resources in KOLs, agents, communities, or other promotional channels.
3. Strong data analysis skills, able to evaluate channel effectiveness based on business metrics and develop optimization plans.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and project execution skills, able to independently advance channel cooperation and operation projects.
5. Fluent in Japanese, with good English communication skills; interest in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry, with preference given to those with relevant experience.
