Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall market growth of the copy trading business, accountable for the scale of copy trading users, trading volume, and business growth results.
Responsible for expanding and operating high-quality traders, KOLs, communities, and channel resources, establishing a core trader matrix.
Develop growth strategies for copy trading products, including trader packaging, leaderboard operations, event planning, channel cooperation, user conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with marketing, business, and product teams to continuously optimize the complete growth chain of "introducing traders → content packaging → traffic acquisition → user copy trading → trading volume growth → retention and repurchase."
Continuously research competing platforms' copy trading businesses, output competitive analysis and actionable growth strategies.
Continuously optimize trader quality, number of copy trading users, copy trading funds, trading volume, user retention, and ROI through data analysis.
We hope you:
Have experience in exchange copy trading, derivatives growth, KOL/community operations, or trader operations; familiar with the growth logic of derivatives users and copy trading users; have mature trader, KOL, and community resources preferred; possess strong data awareness and business result awareness.
