Job description
Mission: Establish a measurable and iterative overseas paid customer acquisition system for the company's AI tool product matrix, configuring channels and budgets according to product stages and business models, while controlling customer acquisition costs and enhancing activation, payment, demo, or qualified opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for paid growth strategies, budget planning, account setup, material testing, and daily optimization for the North American and European markets; select channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit based on user types and stages of each product.
- Design campaigns around target users, usage scenarios, competitive alternatives, and core values, establishing a complete conversion path from ads to landing pages, registration, activation, payment, or demo for different products.
- Collaborate with product leads, product marketing, design, and content teams to complete materials, copy, landing pages, and CRO experiments for each product while reusing effective creative insights.
- Build UTM, event tracking, ad platform feedback, product analysis, and CRM attribution for each product, tracking registration, activation, subscription, retention, PQL, SQL, opportunities, and revenue.
- Develop weekly experimental plans for each product, managing keywords, audiences, bids, frequency, negative keywords, and budget pacing; allocate resources between exploration, validation, and scaling based on product stages.
- Review performance by product, country, channel, audience, and creative to avoid cross-product data confusion and provide feedback for positioning, pricing, content, and product onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience in performance advertising for overseas AI tools, SaaS, software subscriptions, or digital products, with the ability to independently operate accounts and demonstrate verifiable growth results.
- Deep understanding of at least one mainstream performance advertising platform and familiarity with other search, social, or community advertising channels; able to explain the matching relationship between channels and product audiences, intentions, and cost structures.
- Familiarity with at least one complete practice in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM, pixel events, product analysis, and CRM attribution, capable of maintaining data standards for each product.
- Awareness of funnel and business metrics, able to continue tracking activation, payment, retention, qualified opportunities, CAC, LTV, and recovery cycles based on self-service subscription or sales-driven models.
- Ability to conduct advertising material research, competitive analysis, and cross-team communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLG, self-service subscription, or sales-driven product trials, activation, payment, PQL, demo, or pipeline optimization.
- Experience in managing multi-product or multi-market budgets, English landing page CRO, experimental design, marketing automation, or data warehousing.
- Ability to handle cold starts with small budgets for new products and articulate how to determine testing and scaling priorities across multiple products.
