What you will do
1. Build the L&D PMO working mechanism
Design a lightweight PMO mechanism suitable for multiple subsidiaries, multiple product lines, and multiple business scenarios;
Establish basic processes for project tracking, requirement flow, cross-department collaboration, issue escalation, and retrospective consolidation;
Incorporate the discovery of L&D pain points, bet projects, agile testing, and SOP consolidation into a unified project management rhythm;
Assist the L&D leader and deputy in managing key project progress, resource collaboration, and periodic results.
2. Serve various subsidiaries and product lines
Maintain communication with heads of subsidiaries, project leaders, and operations/product/technical leaders;
Understand their real bottlenecks in project advancement, requirement handover, version management, and cross-team collaboration;
Assist the business team in streamlining processes from a service perspective, rather than increasing management burden from a supervisory perspective;
Provide project rhythm sorting, milestone breakdown, responsibility confirmation, risk alerts, and retrospective support for key projects.
3. Identify process breakpoints and enhance collaboration smoothness
Track key handover points from requirement proposal, review, scheduling, development, launch, to retrospective of projects;
Identify issues such as breakpoints in cross-team collaboration, repeated communication, information opacity, unclear responsibilities, and delivery delays;
Design smoother collaboration processes and tool templates to enhance efficiency between business, operations, product, and technology;
Promote the implementation of processes in real projects, rather than remaining in institutional documents and formal processes.
4. Support L&D bet projects and agile testing
Assist in transforming business pain points into actionable project tasks;
Track the execution progress, responsibility division, timelines, and result data of bet projects and agile testing;
Establish a red-yellow-green status tracking mechanism to timely identify advancement risks;
Assist in outputting testing retrospectives, project summaries, and replicable experiences to provide materials for SOP engineering.
5. Establish project asset and knowledge accumulation mechanisms
Maintain L&D project dashboards, project files, meeting minutes, issue lists, retrospective reports, and other materials;
Assist in consolidating excellent project processes, successful experiences, and collaboration mechanisms into standard templates;
Collaborate with the experience extraction team and SOP engineering team to transform effective practices from projects into reusable assets;
Support the construction of L&D cloud knowledge base, making project processes and results traceable, retrievable, and replicable.
We hope you have
More than 5 years of project management, PMO, project operations, business middle platform, product operations, or process management experience in internet companies;
Practical PMO experience in large internet companies with multiple product lines, multiple business lines, and multi-team collaboration environments;
Understanding of the complete process of internet products from requirements, product, R&D, testing, launch to retrospective;
Ability to promote cross-department projects and collaborate without strong administrative power;
Ability to identify process bottlenecks and collaboration issues, and design lightweight, practical, and implementable solutions;
Strong structured thinking ability to break down complex projects into clear goals, tasks, nodes, responsible persons, and deliverables;
Mature and gentle communication style, able to establish trust with business leaders in a service and collaborative manner;
Familiarity with project management tools, collaborative documents, dashboard tools, and data-driven project tracking methods;
Ability to accept a fast-paced business rhythm, complex issues, and a work environment where standards are built from 0 to 1.
Bonus points
Experience in content platforms, To C products, pan-entertainment, advertising monetization, user payment, and growth operations related projects;
Experience in building PMO mechanisms, project management processes, project dashboards, or project management platforms from 0 to 1;
Experience in promoting large cross-department projects, cross-BU projects, and business middle platform projects;
Familiarity with agile project management, dashboard management, requirement management, version management, and retrospective mechanisms;
Experience in process optimization, organizational efficiency improvement, business diagnosis, project retrospectives, and knowledge base construction;
Familiarity with the application of AI tools in project management, meeting minutes, task breakdown, report generation, and flowchart production
