Job Overview
Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the Prediction Market product line, focusing on on-chain event trading, market mechanism design, trading experience, and user growth, to create the next generation on-chain prediction trading platform.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and iteration of the Prediction Market product from 0 to 1
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of leading industry products (such as Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.), analyzing their market mechanisms, user growth, and liquidity design
3. Design the integration forms of prediction markets with Perp, leverage, Copy Trading, and other trading methods, exploring higher trading depth and user retention models
4. Responsible for the design of the hot event operation system
5. Design the Smart Money and data analysis system
6. Collaborate with trading, risk control, front-end, data, and other teams to promote product demand implementation and version iteration
7. Continuously optimize trading experience, user conversion, and retention, improving market activity and trading depth
Requirements
1. Over 3 years of Web3 product experience, with trading product experience preferred
2. Deep understanding of the core mechanisms of Prediction Market
3. In-depth research or long-term use of prediction market products such as Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.
4. Understanding of on-chain trading logic and user behavior, with a strong sensitivity to hot-driven trading products
5. Understanding of trading user psychology, with strong data analysis and product abstraction capabilities
6. Good cross-team collaboration and project promotion abilities
Bonus Points
1. Experience with Perp DEX, options, social trading, or Meme trading products
2. Experience with prediction markets, event trading, and related products
3. Familiarity with Oracle, on-chain data analysis, and Smart Money systems
4. Long-term interest in hot events in politics, finance, sports, etc.
5. Overseas product experience, familiar with overseas trading user behavior
6. Experience with Builder, aggregation layer, or AI Agent Trading
7. Good English proficiency
