Job description
1. Full-cycle rhythm control
Responsible for formulating the complete operational rhythm from pre-heating and accumulation, launch, to maintaining popularity, matching the market sentiment and flexibly leveraging hot topics to promote the project.
2. Narrative and content planning
Responsible for the core narrative packaging and iteration of the project, continuously producing original content such as tweets, memes, stickers, and short videos to enhance recognition and social dissemination.
3. Social media growth and streaming
Responsible for building and organically growing on X and TG, keenly capturing hot topics, utilizing algorithm mechanisms to boost exposure and break into new circles.
4. GEO and brand inclusion
Coordinate brand inclusion and weight building on AI search platforms like Gemini and ChatGPT, layout basic evaluations and knowledge base content to enhance AI recommendation exposure.
5. On-chain dashboard and data collaboration
Maintain official information displays on DexScreener, DEXTools, etc., dynamically adjust operational strategies based on on-chain data and user behavior.
Requirements
1. Over 2 years of Web3 operations experience, must have practical experience in a token project from 0 to 1.
2. Strong copywriting and content skills, able to independently produce shareable tweets, memes, and plans, familiar with native crypto community practices;
3. Familiar with X / TG growth logic, able to quickly capture hot topics and complete the promotion loop, strong under pressure;
4. Understand basic GEO logic, with practical experience in utilizing AI search/inclusion to obtain organic traffic;
5. Familiar with the DEX ecosystem and basic on-chain tools like DexScreener and GMGN.
