Job Overview
Participate in the research and engineering implementation of trading-related projects, covering the complete link from data processing and strategy research to system deployment. Targeting current students or recent graduates with a solid engineering background and a continuous interest in quantitative trading.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain the collection, cleaning, and storage pipeline for market and trading data
• Participate in strategy research, backtesting, and evaluation, producing reproducible experimental conclusions
• Implement and optimize services and tools related to strategies, ensuring stable online operation
• Document experimental records and support strategy iteration
Requirements
• Current students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• Proficient in Python, with good coding standards and engineering habits; familiarity with a statically typed language is a plus
• Basic knowledge of probability statistics and data analysis, able to independently complete data processing and result validation
• Familiar with Linux environment and Git collaboration workflow
• Strong self-motivation, able to break down problems and drive progress under conditions where requirements are not fully clear
• Available for [5] days a week, with the ability to intern continuously for [6] months or more
Bonus Points
• Project experience in quantitative research, backtesting frameworks, trading systems, or high-concurrency services
• Understanding of trading mechanisms and product forms in the digital asset market
• Experience in open-source contributions, mathematics/programming/modeling competitions, or paper reproduction
• Fluent in reading and writing English technical documentation
