Responsibilities
* Source and engage high-quality software engineering and development talent across Asian markets.
* Utilize local market knowledge, sourcing strategies, and professional networks to identify suitable candidates efficiently.
* Support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
* Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical requirements and project objectives.
* Maintain clear communication and provide regular recruitment updates to our remote team.
* Help build and strengthen long-term technical talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
Requirements
* Interest or experience in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, human resources, or related fields.
* Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify, engage, and communicate effectively with technical professionals.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing platforms, or professional networking channels is preferred.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
* Experience recruiting within software development, AI, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or other technology sectors is a plus, but not required.
