Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily transaction and account risk review, covering scenarios such as collection, payment, refund, and account review.
2. Monitor transaction and account risks in real-time, identify and handle abnormal transactions, suspicious accounts, risk orders, and other abnormal behaviors.
3. Review, intercept, release, and escalate risk orders based on information such as transactions, accounts, devices, and regions.
4. Responsible for user and merchant account reviews, including KYC, merchant qualification review, account association, transaction background, and business authenticity verification.
5. Handle risk issues such as transaction anomalies, refund disputes, chargebacks, account restrictions, and abnormal receipts.
6. Continuously optimize risk review processes, review standards, risk rules, and handling procedures to improve review efficiency and accuracy.
7. Analyze risk data, typical cases, and risk trends, produce risk analysis reports, and continuously optimize risk strategies and review processes.
8. Monitor core risk indicators, including abnormal transaction rate, risk interception rate, review timeliness, and case handling efficiency, and continuously optimize operational effectiveness.
9. Coordinate with product, operations, technology, customer service, finance, and other teams to jointly promote the investigation and closure of risk issues.
10. Participate in emergency handling of major risk events, cooperating with cross-timezone business and shift arrangements as needed.
Requirements:
1. More than 2 years of experience in risk control operations, transaction review, risk review, anti-fraud, or related work.
2. Experience in large internet, e-commerce platforms, fintech, payments, banking, consumer finance, electronic wallets, and other industries is preferred.
3. Familiar with transaction review, account review, refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation, and other business processes, with strong risk sensitivity.
4. Familiar with KYC, account review, transaction monitoring, risk investigation, and risk case handling.
5. Strong data analysis, logical judgment, and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently analyzing risk cases.
6. Proficient in Excel, with SQL, BI tools, or data analysis experience preferred.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with good cross-department communication and coordination skills.
8. Fluent in Chinese, with good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English materials or international business.
Preferred:
1. Experience in risk control in payments, cross-border payments, e-commerce, internet finance, fintech, and related industries.
2. Experience in merchant onboarding, merchant review, ToB merchant risk management, or transaction monitoring.
3. Experience in risk rule configuration, risk strategy optimization, or risk control system construction.
4. Experience in remote work, multiple shifts, or 7×24 hour duty.
5. Familiar with SQL, Excel, BI, and other data analysis tools.
