We are looking for a technically proficient senior backend development expert with experience in architecture reconstruction and deep practical knowledge in AI-enabled R&D. You will join the core backend team, leading the evolution of the underlying architecture for high-concurrency business, promoting the smooth reconstruction of legacy systems, and guiding the team in exploring the deep integration of AI technology into the R&D workflow.
【Job Responsibilities】
* Architecture Evolution and Reconstruction: Lead the smooth migration and reconstruction of core business from legacy PHP architecture to the Go language ecosystem, ensuring a zero-failure transition under high-concurrency traffic.
* Core Business Stability: Deeply understand and take over existing core systems (based on PHP / Yaf and other frameworks), responsible for daily high-priority business iterations, performance tuning, and technical deadlock troubleshooting.
* AI Performance Implementation: Act as the team’s “AI Performance Engine,” exploring and implementing large models in the full lifecycle of R&D. Write internally reusable AI Agents, scripts, or automation tools to significantly enhance the overall efficiency of code writing, code review, and debugging within the team.
* Quality and Standards Control: Participate in technical solution reviews and code audits for core modules, addressing system bottlenecks in massive data and complex business scenarios.
【Requirements】
* Development Experience: Over 5 years of backend development experience, with a solid foundation in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
* Bilingual Stack Capability: * Proficient in **Go language**, familiar with microservices architecture design, high-concurrency processing, and memory management mechanisms, with experience independently responsible for the implementation of core Go projects.
* Familiar with the PHP ecosystem and mainstream frameworks (preferably proficient in the Yaf framework), with practical experience in cross-language system decoupling and reconstruction, able to handle and transform legacy code with ease.
* AI Practical Ability (Mandatory Requirement): Geek spirit, proficient in deeply integrating large models (such as ChatGPT / Gemini / GitHub Copilot, etc.) into daily development. Have practical experience in developing AI workflow assistance tools, prompt tuning, or integrating LLM APIs.
* Middleware and Storage: Proficient in the underlying principles and tuning solutions of databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.
* Comprehensive Quality: Adapt to a fully remote collaboration model, with strong self-motivation and responsibility (Owner mentality), and possess good cross-departmental (frontend, testing, product) communication and troubleshooting abilities.
【Bonus Points】
* Experience in leading teams, having served as a technical lead or agile facilitator within the team.
* Prior experience in high-concurrency streaming media and large-scale data concurrent processing is preferred.
* Having personal open-source projects or continuously tracking and providing independent insights on cutting-edge AI R&D tools.
