In this Role
We are looking for a proactive Senior Growth and Partnerships Manager to drive DipCoin's market expansion and strengthen its presence in the Web3 ecosystem. This position is primarily responsible for marketing, brand growth, and ecosystem engagement, while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key industry players. The ideal candidate should have a broad network in the cryptocurrency industry, be passionate about networking, and be able to represent the company at both online and offline events.

Lead and execute marketing plans, growth initiatives, and co-marketing campaigns to enhance DipCoin's brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement.
Develop and maintain relationships within the blockchain ecosystem, infrastructure providers, wallets, trading platforms, media partners, KOLs, and ecosystem projects.
Identify and seek partnership opportunities to support business growth and ecosystem expansion.
Expand DipCoin's presence within the Sui ecosystem and support future growth plans on Solana and other blockchain networks.
Coordinate and execute joint activities, collaboration programs, and ecosystem partnerships between internal and external stakeholders.
Represent DipCoin at industry conferences, meetups, and ecosystem events to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Web3 space.
1. Requirements
5+ years of experience in Web3 marketing, partnerships, ecosystem development, business development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, decentralized finance, DEX, and cryptocurrency trading products.
Extensive experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, partnership programs, and community development initiatives.
Existing network within the Sui, Solana, or broader Web3 ecosystem is preferred.
Excellent skills in communication, networking, relationship management, and negotiation.
Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences, events, and ecosystem activities.
This position requires professional working proficiency in English.
