1. Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the UI visual design of the project Web / App interface, able to independently complete high-quality, implementable Figma design drafts and prototype outputs.
2. Responsible for daily operational visual design support, including but not limited to event posters, banners, special pages, promotional images, brand promotional materials, holiday event graphics, etc.
3. Based on product tone and business needs, complete the design of related UI materials such as logos, icons, watermarks, launch pages, landing pages, etc., and continuously output high-quality visual content in line with operational needs, such as event pop-ups, promotional images, special pages, etc.
4. Able to efficiently collaborate with operations, planning, channels, product, technology, and other teams, understand requirements and quickly implement them, while continuously optimizing design solutions based on actual feedback.
5. Participate in the accumulation of product visual specifications, design styles, and design material systems to enhance overall visual consistency and design output efficiency.
2. Requirements
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in UI / visual design, experience in Web / App product design is preferred.
2. Proficient in Figma, skilled in using mainstream design tools such as Photoshop, Zeplin, etc., with strong design execution ability and standard awareness.
3. Familiar with and able to use AI design tools to assist in creative generation and efficiency improvement, including but not limited to Midjourney, ChatGPT, Agent, etc.
4. Possess good aesthetic ability, visual expression ability, and product understanding ability, able to output design solutions that match business goals based on product positioning and user needs.
5. Able to efficiently undertake design requirements from multiple departments in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills, feedback understanding ability, and iterative optimization ability.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and implementation awareness, able to independently promote the complete process of design tasks from requirement understanding to delivery and launch.
3. Bonus Points
1. Experience in operational visual design such as event pages, banners, pop-ups, special pages, brand promotion, etc.
2. Experience in visual design for adult products, content platforms, community platforms, and traffic conversion products.
3. Familiar with the construction of design specification systems, able to accumulate reusable visual components and design templates.
4. Have a certain understanding of business goals such as user conversion, page stay, and event engagement, able to make design closer to business results.
