Spanish Business Assistant (Latin American Market)
Job Introduction
StarPago is dedicated to providing secure and efficient one-stop global payment services for individual and corporate clients, covering areas such as collection, payment, and foreign exchange.
This position will primarily support the company's business communication and daily operations in the Spanish-speaking Latin American market, assisting in liaising with local banks, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions to facilitate cross-border payment operations.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist in liaising with banks, tax authorities, and other government or professional service institutions in the Latin American region, following up on document submissions, business communications, and the progress of related matters;
• Responsible for Chinese-Spanish interpretation and translation of internal and external meetings, emails, contracts, and business documents, ensuring accurate and professional information delivery;
• Assist local leaders in Latin America with business communication, meeting organization, itinerary arrangements, and daily administrative tasks;
• Organize and maintain business documents, meeting minutes, and communication records, promptly following up and coordinating related matters;
• Assist the Chinese team in cross-cultural communication with local teams and partners in Latin America to enhance collaboration efficiency;
• Complete other business support tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Spanish, International Trade, Finance, Business Management, or related fields;
• Fluent in Chinese and Spanish, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of independently completing business communication and professional document translation;
• Good communication, coordination, information organization, and task advancement abilities, with a meticulous work ethic and strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to cross-regional and cross-time zone collaboration;
• Good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, capable of handling business and partner information appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, banking, internet, or Web3 industries;
• Experience working, studying, or living in Latin America, familiar with local business culture and communication styles;
• Experience liaising with banks, tax authorities, or government departments;
• Familiarity with payment, clearing and settlement, foreign exchange, or compliance-related terminology;
• English as a working language.
