Responsibilities:
1. Client development and strategic cooperation
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of core clients in the web3 industry (exchanges, institutional investors, Web3 project parties, KOL/community leaders), establishing long-term cooperative relationships.
- Promote strategic cooperation with ecological partners such as exchanges, wallets, and market makers to facilitate project token listings, liquidity enhancement, and joint marketing activities.
2. Industry resource integration and project implementation
- Lead business due diligence for cryptocurrency projects, including technical feasibility assessments (such as smart contract audits), market competition analysis, and compliance risk evaluation.
3. Cross-functional collaboration and high-pressure execution
- Act as a cross-departmental hub, coordinating technical, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient progress of cooperative projects.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with priority given to those with resources in exchanges, market makers, and asset management institutions.
2. Familiarity with core tracks in the cryptocurrency industry (DeFi, NFT, Layer2) and mainstream project ecosystems.
3. Good English communication skills are preferred.
4. Ability to develop clients from 0 to 1, skilled in negotiation and interest balancing.
