Job description
1. Responsible for user experience design of international product lines, able to form professional design solutions through insights and innovation;
2. Design key projects from the user's perspective based on business goals and user scenarios, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and interaction documents, and being responsible for the final user experience;
3. Possess a strong global perspective, able to discover new experience breakthroughs through in-depth exploration of user experience, not only deeply satisfying business needs but also inspiring and adding value to the business;
4. Promote the efficient implementation of some optimization iteration projects, manage multiple tasks, and effectively implement multiple projects;
5. Develop various standards and specifications, accumulate and share design experience, and assist in improving the overall design level of the team.
Requirements
1. 5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or above, experience in finance or related fields is preferred;
2. Proficient in Figma and AI collaboration tools, with relevant experience in writing and using skills. Skilled in using AI to enhance efficiency and optimize design content in workflows.
3. Have personal insights into foreign styles and flexibly apply them in overall product design, with a deep understanding of overseas user habits and behaviors;
4. Excellent learning ability, can quickly familiarize and delve into emerging fields while maintaining self-iteration; must have experience in participating in complete project design for mobile and PC, as well as multi-end adaptation experience;
5. Collaborate with operations and marketing to design overseas social media promotional materials when necessary; possess a global perspective, independent thinking, proactive attitude, good communication skills, and strong teamwork ability.
