Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for user acquisition and conversion on the platform, continuously improving the effective conversion rate of new users.
2. Manage the user lifecycle by intervening in potential churn, activating silent users, and recalling lost users to continuously extend user lifespan.
3. Enhance the user lifetime value through refined operational methods, continuously increasing users' contributions to the platform.
4. Plan and maintain the VIP operation system.
5. Continuously explore and solidify effective operational strategies to drive ongoing optimization of growth product capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3-5 years of work experience, with at least one year of experience in user operations at an exchange.
3. Clear logic, high data sensitivity, and strong execution ability.
4. Experience in refined operations related to user conversion funnels and user lifecycle management.
