## Responsibilities
- Drive the **Payments** business, including cross-border payments, enterprise payments, and trade settlement, by identifying and managing business opportunities and partnerships;
- Develop and maintain **On/Off-Ramps** partnerships, including payment service providers, exchanges, wallets, cross-border e-commerce platforms, and trading companies;
- Design and execute **sales strategies and growth plans**, expanding payment and conversion volumes and achieving revenue targets;
- Manage the full client lifecycle: opportunity identification, requirement assessment, business negotiation, contract signing, and project implementation;
- Coordinate with product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure all Payments and On/Off-Ramps business complies with **KYC/KYB/AML regulations**.
## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in **Payments / FinTech / Cross-Border Settlement / Web3** business development or sales;
- Familiar with cross-border payment systems (**Visa, Mastercard, SWIFT, SEPA, UPI, etc.**) and cryptocurrency on/off-ramp processes;
- International market experience and resources are a plus, particularly in **Southeast Asia, South Asia, Latin America, and Europe**;
- Proven track record with enterprise clients, cross-border e-commerce, payment institutions, or exchanges;
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and project execution skills;
- Results-oriented with the ability to independently drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
