Job description
1. Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management, from demand analysis and product design to launch iteration, ensuring the product meets market and user needs.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, uncover industry trends, and provide data support for product decisions.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote the realization of product functions and optimize user experience.
4. Develop product promotion strategies, participate in the formulation and execution of product marketing plans, and increase product market share.
5. Continuously track product operation data, analyze user feedback, and constantly optimize product functions and user experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Solid product planning and design capabilities, able to independently manage the entire process from concept to launch.
2. Familiar with internet product operation mechanisms and possess keen insight into user needs.
3. Excellent project management skills, able to effectively drive team collaboration and ensure timely project delivery.
4. Good data analysis skills, able to drive product decisions through data.
5. Strong communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, able to work efficiently with teams in R&D, design, marketing, etc.
6. Experience in building payment industry and financial transaction systems from 0 to 1 is required.
7. Proficient in English communication.
8. Preferred qualifications: experience in the following industries: funds, securities/futures, internet finance.
