Job Responsibilities
- Major Client Development and Management: Responsible for identifying, developing, and negotiating with target major clients, establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships; establishing a tiered management system for major clients, formulating differentiated service strategies, and enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Channel Expansion and Ecosystem Development: Explore and manage core channel partners, build a multi-level channel network, and expand market coverage and business scale; design channel incentive policies and empowerment systems to enhance channel partners' enthusiasm and business output efficiency.
- Business Strategy and Goal Achievement: Set annual/quarterly goals for major client and channel expansion, break down performance indicators, and drive achievement; collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure rapid response to customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth communication.
- Build a customer and channel data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making, continuously optimizing sales strategies and conversion funnels.
- Cross-Department Collaboration and Resource Integration: Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth process from customer acquisition to retention to growth.
- Collect and feedback customer and channel needs to drive product iteration and service optimization.
Qualifications
- Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in major client sales or channel expansion. Experience in Web3, CEX, or internet B2C business is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Experience in major client relationship management, business negotiation, and channel operations, familiar with customer lifecycle management. Strong business insight and strategic thinking ability, capable of independently formulating client expansion plans and driving implementation. Data-driven mindset, able to optimize sales strategies through data analysis, enhancing conversion rates and customer value.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, with strong resource integration and cross-department collaboration abilities. Results-oriented, strong under pressure, with a strong self-motivation and team spirit.
