[Job Responsibilities]
- Responsible for discovering and contacting agents (IB), brokers, and professional trading teams in the CFD and forex fields, introducing and promoting the advantages of the company's DEX platform and services.
- Assist traditional financial clients in understanding the Web3 trading mechanism and its advantages, providing professional onboarding guidance and transition plans to lower the operational threshold for users and facilitate cooperation.
- Responsible for daily follow-up and service of cooperation channels, promptly responding to and resolving core demands and inquiries from clients during the trading process, establishing long-term and stable business partnerships.
- Collect and analyze market dynamics and policy changes of traditional forex platforms and industry competitors, providing frontline market references for the team to optimize existing business policies and IB profit-sharing systems.
- Track and record various business conversion data and progress, regularly conduct channel reviews and work reports, and assist the team in achieving established phased business goals.
[Qualifications]
- Experience in business development (BD), channel sales, or customer relationship management related to CFD, forex platforms, or traditional brokerage derivatives.
- Familiar with the commercial operation logic of the forex and brokerage industry, understanding the IB business model, basic trading processes, and mainstream commission/profit-sharing structures in the market.
- Strong client development execution ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with clear logic, capable of independently completing business introductions and preliminary negotiations.
- Possess an open mindset and strong learning ability, with a keen interest in Web3, DeFi, and the cryptocurrency industry, able to quickly grasp the basic concepts of on-chain trading.
- Good business reading, writing, and communication skills in English (or other languages) and a certain level of stress resistance.

Basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry or practical experience with DeFi products and on-chain wallets will be preferred.
