Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for client development and sales on the platform, expanding resources among institutions, high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, project parties, funds, and other types of clients;
2. Promote the full range of products under the company's compliant licenses, including spot trading, OTC, wealth management, staking, gold and silver RWA, VIP services, etc.;
3. Independently complete client development, needs matching, solution customization, negotiation and signing, assist in KYC/AML review, and manage the entire process of client follow-up maintenance;
4. Maintain existing large clients, increase client deposit amounts, trading volumes, and repurchase rates, and achieve personal and team sales targets;
5. Participate in industry conferences, roadshows, and community activities to build industry connections and enhance the company's brand influence;
6. Strictly adhere to Hong Kong and international compliance, anti-money laundering, KYC, and client privacy protection rules, and uphold the bottom line of business compliance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, or blockchain-related fields; outstanding practitioners may have relaxed educational and professional requirements;
2. 3-5 years of sales experience in exchanges/blockchain industry;
3. Familiar with the blockchain ecosystem, understanding related businesses such as exchanges, wallets, on-chain settlement, OTC, liquidity pools, RWA, etc.;
4. For overseas market engagement: fluent in spoken English, capable of independent business communication; for Hong Kong market engagement: fluent in Cantonese + fluent in English, can serve as a working language;
5. Possess excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills, adept at acquiring new clients and tackling large clients;
6. Strong compliance awareness, uphold professional ethics, do not induce clients, do not promise returns;
7. Clear logic, strong professional expression ability, highly self-driven, high resilience to pressure, adaptable to fast-paced work, and willing to accept occasional business trips;
8. Excellent learning ability, able to quickly follow industry trends, new regulations, and various new products.

1. Experience in building sales channels from scratch and managing small teams;
