Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating global marketing plans, responsible for the planning and execution of specific marketing activities, ensuring that marketing actions are in sync with product iteration rhythms.
- Execute customer acquisition and growth strategies, track and analyze daily marketing activity data, and support the steady improvement of core platform business metrics (including transaction volume, TVL, and active users).
- Assist in producing brand communication content, responsible for the daily operation and content distribution of social media matrices; expand and maintain cooperative relationships with industry media, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Actively explore joint marketing opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, connect with public chain platforms, infrastructure, and quality project parties to promote resource exchange and the implementation of cooperative activities.
- Coordinate and advance the daily operations of various marketing projects, maintain smooth communication with internal cross-department teams and external partners, and ensure high-quality completion of all marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing or operational experience, including 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Web3/DeFi field.
- Familiar with the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem and mainstream narratives, understanding common market operation mechanisms, growth strategies, and user psychology.
- Solid experience in executing Web3 marketing activities, having fully participated in marketing promotion, community growth, or joint marketing activities for DeFi projects, with successful cases preferred.
- Possess certain resources in the crypto industry, capable of effectively reaching out and establishing communication channels with KOLs, media, and potential cooperative project parties.
- Excellent bilingual communication and copywriting skills in Chinese and English, able to independently write English promotional content and smoothly conduct cross-cultural collaboration and business connections.
- Strong execution ability, self-motivation, and goal-oriented awareness; high resilience to pressure, maintaining a keen enthusiasm for learning about the industry, and able to efficiently advance business implementation in a fast-paced environment.
