Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building the overall market and growth system of the exchange.
2. Develop early growth strategies and market tactics for the platform, driving cold start and user growth.
3. Responsible for expanding global Crypto traffic channels, including: Twitter/X/Telegram/Discord/KOL/KOC/community media.
4. Quickly follow market trends, including: Meme/AI/popular cryptocurrencies/hot events, producing highly shareable content and marketing activities to enhance the platform's market presence and user engagement.
5. Responsible for official content output and brand tone establishment.
6. Collaborate with BD and project parties to promote token listing marketing, amplifying trading and user growth effects during project launches.
7. Establish market data analysis and review mechanisms to continuously optimize market ROI.
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years of market experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry.
2. Experience in exchanges, wallets, on-chain projects, etc., is preferred.
3. Familiar with Crypto user growth logic.
4. Familiar with overseas social media and community ecosystems.
5. Results-oriented, strong execution ability, capable of independently managing projects and driving implementation.
6. Highly sensitive to trends, with strong content planning and dissemination skills.
7. Adaptable to the pace and changes of a startup.
8. English can be used as a working language.

1. Experience in 0 to 1 growth.
2. KOL/community resources.
3. Experience with Affiliate systems.
4. Experience in Meme/hotspot marketing.
5. Experience in contract user growth.
