Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer development and sales on the platform, expanding various client resources such as institutions, high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, project parties, and funds;
2. Promote the full range of products under the company's compliance licenses, including spot trading, OTC, wealth management, Staking, gold and silver RWA, VIP services, etc.;
3. Independently complete customer development, needs alignment, customized solutions, negotiation and signing, assist in KYC/AML review and the entire process of customer follow-up maintenance;
4. Maintain existing large clients, increase client deposit amounts, trading volumes, and repurchase rates, and achieve personal and team sales targets;
5. Participate in industry conferences, roadshows, and community activities to build industry connections and enhance the company's brand influence;
6. Strictly adhere to Hong Kong and international compliance, anti-money laundering, KYC, and customer privacy protection rules, maintaining a strong compliance baseline.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, or blockchain-related fields; outstanding practitioners may have relaxed educational and professional requirements;
2. 3-5 years of sales experience in exchanges/blockchain industry;
3. Familiar with the blockchain ecosystem, understanding related businesses such as exchanges, wallets, on-chain settlement, OTC, liquidity pools, RWA, etc.;
4. Fluent in spoken English, able to use it as a working language, and independently connect with overseas clients;
5. Possess excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills, adept at developing new clients and tackling large clients;
6. Strong compliance awareness, maintaining professional ethics, not inducing clients, and not promising returns;
7. Clear logic, strong professional expression ability, high self-motivation, high stress resistance, adaptable to fast-paced work, and willing to accept periodic business trips;
8. Excellent learning ability, able to quickly follow industry trends, new regulations, and various new products.
