# Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably aged 25-35 (bilingual in Chinese and English preferred);
2. More than 1 year of relevant operational experience, with team leader or management experience preferred;
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as cross-team communication abilities;
4. Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools, capable of independently processing data and generating reports;
5. Clear thinking and strong execution ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
6. Quick to understand new products and new business, with the ability to solve problems independently;
# Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management and work arrangement of the operations team, guiding team members to complete various tasks, enhancing overall execution and collaboration efficiency;
2. Participate in the planning, organization, and execution of operational activities, monitor the effectiveness of activities and conduct post-event reviews;
3. Assist superiors in formulating and breaking down operational goals, tracking execution progress, and ensuring the achievement of various KPI indicators;
4. Maintain good communication with product, marketing, customer service, and technical departments to ensure efficient project advancement;
5. Supervise the team's maintenance work for clients/users, enhancing user retention and satisfaction;
