Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Live Streaming Growth and Conversion
• Responsible for the overall operation of the live streaming room, accountable for the following metrics:
◦ New users (registration / acquisition)
◦ Revenue conversion
◦ Transaction volume
• Design the conversion pathway:
👉 Live streaming → Registration → Revenue → Transactions
2️⃣ Anchor/KOL Management
• Manage the anchor matrix (internal anchors + external KOLs)
• Set KPIs:
◦ Streaming frequency
◦ Traffic
◦ Conversion
• Conduct reviews and optimizations
3️⃣ Live Streaming Strategy and Content Design
• Design:
◦ Streaming rhythm
◦ Script structure
◦ User interaction mechanisms
• Optimize retention and conversion
4️⃣ Traffic Acquisition and Investment (Key Capability)
• Responsible for:
◦ Organic traffic growth
◦ Paid traffic (information flow/platform investment)
• Optimize:
◦ CAC
◦ ROI
5️⃣ Data Analysis and Review
• Analyze:
◦ Online user count
◦ Average viewing duration
◦ Conversion rate
◦ GMV / Transaction volume
• Provide strategy optimization recommendations
6️⃣ Event and Growth Planning
• Design:
◦ User acquisition events
◦ Transaction incentive events
◦ KOL collaboration events

🎯 Hard Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in live streaming operations / growth operations
• Must have:

• Experience in leading anchors or teams
