Job description
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Desktop and System Operations: Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's internal IT systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Windows/MacOS operating systems, ensuring stable operation of terminal devices.
2. User Support and Response: Quickly respond to and resolve hardware and software issues encountered by employees in daily office work (such as account permission management, office equipment debugging, printer maintenance, etc.), ensuring efficient office operations for business departments.
3. IT Asset Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's IT fixed assets (computers, network devices, peripherals, etc.), establishing and maintaining accurate asset records, and conducting regular inventory and maintenance.
4. Information Security Implementation: Execute the company's information security policies, assist in promoting terminal security hardening efforts (such as antivirus software deployment, access control, patch updates, etc.), and reduce security risks.
5. Network Support: Respond to and address various network access issues for terminals, resolving disconnections, packet loss, high latency, and bandwidth bottlenecks, minimizing the impact of network failures on daily office efficiency.
6. Other Support: Complete other IT-related tasks assigned by superiors and cooperate in the implementation and promotion of the company's information technology projects.
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a computer-related field; 1-3 years of experience in enterprise IT desktop operations or terminal security management is required.
2. Proficient in Windows and MacOS operating systems, with excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills; familiar with the maintenance of PCs, laptops, and various office peripherals.
3. Skilled in using AD domain control for user and group policy (GPO) configuration and management; experience with management systems like Intune, Zohar, or Jamf is preferred.
4. Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, familiar with protocols such as VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and possess basic network packet capture and troubleshooting skills; understanding of mainstream firewall configurations.
5. Good information security awareness, with experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise-level antivirus software, encryption software, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and other security products.
6. Excellent service awareness and communication coordination skills, proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle certain work pressure, and good team collaboration spirit.
[Preferred Qualifications]
* Experience in IT support, with prior experience in implementing terminal security projects preferred;
* IT operations experience in a medium-sized enterprise (500+ terminals) preferred;
* Some scripting ability (such as PowerShell, Python, Bat, etc.), with the ability to improve operational efficiency through automation preferred;
* Experience in backend configuration and management of OA systems (such as DingTalk, Feishu, Fanwei, etc.) preferred;
