Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to support user operations and event operations in formulating operational strategies for activities and outreach.
2. Responsible for the implementation of operational strategy configurations.
3. Continuously propose product optimization requirements based on actual user experience and the team's new feature needs, and consolidate and promote the development and implementation by related teams such as product research and development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of work experience, including at least one year of experience in exchange customer service, operations, or product management.
2. Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, and project drive.
3. Experience as a product manager or in product operations is preferred.
