Data Operations Job Responsibilities 1. Build an indicator system, reporting system, and corresponding visualization dashboard based on growth business scenarios and goals to support real-time business monitoring and independent daily analysis. 2. Develop and iterate a user tagging system based on growth business scenarios and refined operational strategy needs, and promote implementation with relevant teams. 3. Regularly produce thematic analyses to explore current business bottlenecks and opportunities. 4. Consolidate data requirements from the growth team, including reports, user tags, and thematic analyses, and drive collaboration with relevant teams for implementation. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analysis, or other STEM fields. 2. Over 3 years of data analysis experience in exchange growth or refined operations. 3. Experience in building complete indicator and reporting systems. 4. Proficient in Excel, skilled in SQL and Hive, and at least proficient in one data visualization analysis tool. 5. Strong communication skills, with a strong ability to coordinate and drive initiatives towards goals.
