Requirements:
- 3+ years of operations experience in cross-border finance, online brokerage, or internet platforms, with a proven track record of driving user growth.
- Strong understanding of internet growth and user operation methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. equities market, with the ability to quickly identify and react to market trends, breaking news, and thematic investment opportunities.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a strong focus on trading activity; capable of leveraging content and market insights to drive user engagement and trading conversion.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
