[Job Responsibilities]
1. Video production and visual effects design
2. Responsible for producing high-quality video content, including editing, motion graphics (MG), and visual effects compositing
3. Proficient in After Effects to complete complex animations, effects packaging, and visual solutions
4. Able to use 3D software (such as C4D / Blender, etc.) to complete basic to intermediate modeling, animation, and rendering for video projects
5. Flexibly utilize AI tools to enhance production efficiency and visual performance based on project needs
6. Capable of independently managing the entire video production process and collaborating efficiently with content, marketing, and brand teams
[Qualifications] Hard Requirements
1. Over 3 years of experience in video editing / motion design, with a proven ability to deliver mature projects
2. Proficient in After Effects, able to independently complete complex animations and effects production
3. Familiarity with expressions, scripts, or plugins is preferred
4. At least proficient in one 3D software (C4D / Blender / Maya, etc.), capable of producing 3D animations required for actual projects
5. Proficient in editing software such as Premiere / DaVinci Resolve, with an understanding of the complete post-production process (editing, color grading, sound effects, output)
6. Open to new tools, with practical experience using AI video/design tools
Bonus Points (Not Required, but Highly Welcomed)
1. Experience in Web3 / cryptocurrency / metaverse / virtual production related projects
2. Portfolio demonstrating the ability to handle complex projects or integrate technologies
3. Experience in building visual solutions "from 0 to 1," rather than just execution
