Core Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition Model: Cover customer acquisition costs with positive gross profit alliance business, achieving low-cost wallet retention in partner coverage + emerging market regions.
2. Creator Operations: Filter quality KOLs for product promotion through content + performance data, and convert them in bulk.
3. Differentiated Narrative: Promote the advantages of USD settlement (weak local financial systems) to emerging market promoters, rather than emphasizing “fast arrival” to mature markets.
4. Channel Experiments: Test new monetization channels such as TikTok/Temu creators, AI content entry, etc.
Requirements
- Must-have: Experience in alliance networks / KOL platform growth / BD / creator recruitment / influencer marketing; familiar with creator customer acquisition funnels, outreach conversion, and proficient in cross-border and emerging market creator ecosystems.
- Preferred: Community growth experience; practical experience in TikTok Shop in the US region.
