Content System Construction (Core):
1. Lead the content planning and development of online classes and community live courses, designing standardized course packages (including PPT, scripts, case libraries) around brand positioning (such as professional skills, health management, new consumer entrepreneurship), covering the full user journey from awareness to conversion.
2. Develop lightweight content (such as 15-minute special courses, community short audio clips) based on market trends and user pain points, suitable for dissemination on platforms like Douyin and WeChat Channels, to assist in traffic multiplication.
Online Scenario Operations (Core):
3. Serve as the main speaker for online classes, independently completing live teaching (including interactive design and pacing control), with an average viewership of 5000+, while also responsible for in-depth community learning support (such as post-class Q&A, check-in activities) to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
4. Plan “live + community” interactive activities (such as member day specials, industry closed-door meetings), optimizing scripts and content structure based on data reviews (stay duration, lead retention rate), aiming for a conversion rate exceeding the industry average by 20%.
Content Ecosystem Collaboration:
5. Co-create course snippets and knowledge mashups with the short video team, producing fragmented content (graphics/text/short videos) suitable for the community, with a cumulative view count of over 100,000.
6. Establish standardized toolkits (Q&A script library, user case collection) to empower the operations team for efficient conversion, reducing onboarding costs for new hires.
Course Iteration and Optimization:
7. Track user feedback and industry trends, updating course versions monthly, focusing on optimizing the match between “pain points - solutions” (e.g., designing entrepreneurial courses for mothers in lower-tier markets).
8. Regularly produce course effectiveness analysis reports to promote collaboration and improvement among teaching, operations, and sales teams, achieving a course completion rate increase to over 85%.
Qualifications:
1. Experience Match: 3+ years of online education/community operations experience, having led at least 10 live sessions (single session GMV ≥ 50,000), familiar with platforms like Qianliao and Xiaoetong, with experience in knowledge payment, chain franchises, Web3, etc., preferred.
Core Abilities:
✅ Control: Standard Mandarin (Grade 2A or above), strong camera presence, skilled in activating users through storytelling (e.g., explaining investment logic through personal entrepreneurial cases);
✅ Content Creation: Able to independently develop courses from 0 to 1, proficient in using PPT/Canva to create visual teaching materials, understands short video editing logic (basic skills in Jianying/Pr);
✅ Operations: Familiar with community multiplication strategies (e.g., distribution, check-ins), has managed conversion loops for communities of 500+ people, experience in user segmentation operations is a plus.
