Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Participate in the integration and optimization of IPFS distributed storage, optimizing file retrieval speed;
2️⃣ Responsible for performance optimization of each node, including node setup, synchronization speed, monitoring, and high-performance tuning;
3️⃣ Research transaction submission mechanisms to enhance transaction security, timeliness, and user experience;
4️⃣ Deeply understand and apply the operating mechanisms and consensus mechanisms of public chains such as EVM and BSC;
5️⃣ Support Web3-related development, including transaction on-chain, smart contract deployment and interaction, and event listening;
6️⃣ Assist the team in optimizing the overall on-chain architecture to ensure system stability, efficiency, and security.
Job Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Blockchain-related fields;
2️⃣ Familiar with BSC/ETH/EVM public chain mechanisms, with experience in node setup and performance tuning;
3️⃣ Experience in research or practice related to front-running/MEV, understanding mainstream solutions (such as Flashbots, private transaction pools, off-chain signature channels, etc.);
4️⃣ Master the principles and applications of IPFS, capable of secondary development or integration with on-chain systems;
5️⃣ Familiar with Web3.js / Ethers.js / Solidity, able to independently complete contract development, deployment, and interaction;
6️⃣ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on blockchain security and cutting-edge technologies;
7️⃣ Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand technical documents and papers.

1️⃣ Experience in participating in or maintaining large blockchain nodes / validator nodes;
2️⃣ Relevant contributions on GitHub/open-source communities;
3️⃣ Research experience in cross-chain, privacy computing, front-running prevention, and other areas.
