Welcome to use the products and services provided by TT3Labs (hereinafter referred to as "TT3" or "the platform"). Please read and fully understand this 'User Agreement' (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") carefully before registering, logging in, or using the platform. If you click agree, complete registration, or continue to use the platform, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement; if you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please stop using the platform immediately.
TT3Labs / the Platform：Refers to the recruitment and matching information service platform operated by TT3Labs and its website, pages, functions, APIs, and related services. The terms "TT3" and "TT3Labs" in this agreement have the same meaning and can be used interchangeably.
User：refers to any party accessing or using the Platform, including candidates, employers/recruiters, visitors, and other users.
Candidate：refers to a user who browses jobs, applies, communicates, or conducts job-seeking activity on the Platform.
Employer / Recruiter：refers to a user who posts jobs, screens candidates, communicates with candidates, or otherwise conducts recruiting activity on the Platform (including employing organizations, their authorized representatives, and third-party recruiting service providers).
Content：refers to the text, images, audio and video, links, job information, company information, resume information, comments, and feedback that users post, upload, fill in, or otherwise provide on the Platform.
Third-party services：refers to any website, system, or service not controlled or operated by TT3Labs (for example, employer websites, ATSs, customer service systems, communication services, etc.).
Related documents：refers to the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and any rules, policies, or notices that the Platform publishes from time to time.
This Agreement applies to all users' access to and use of the Platform.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, constitutes the complete agreement between you and TT3Labs regarding use of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and other related documents, this Agreement shall prevail, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Platform may publish supplementary terms or rules for specific features or services; your use of such features or services constitutes your acceptance of those supplementary terms or rules.
TT3Labs is a recruiting and matching information-service platform that provides job information display, basic communication, and related tools.
TT3Labs is not an employer, labor dispatch agency, employer of record (EOR), and does not participate in labor management or assume obligations related to personnel, compensation, taxation, labor compliance, or visa processing.
The legal relationships regarding interviews, hiring, contract signing, compensation payment, and dispute resolution between candidates and employers are established and assumed by both parties (and the service providers chosen by the employer); TT3Labs is not a party to any labor/service contract.
TT3Labs does not provide legal, tax, investment, immigration, or compliance advice; does not offer wallet, custody, clearing, or payment services, nor is it a money services business (MSB) or similar regulated entity.
You must have full civil capacity or reach the legal age in your jurisdiction to independently enter into contracts. If you do not meet these qualifications, please do not use this platform.
You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly when changes occur. You are responsible for any consequences arising from untrue, inaccurate, or outdated information.
You must keep your account and password/verification code/verification method secure and must not lend, transfer, rent, or allow others to use your account. You bear the losses caused by improper custody.
If you notice any abnormal logins or security risks with your account, you should immediately notify TT3Labs and take necessary measures.
TT3Labs may provide you with: job browsing and searching, job applications, internal communication, resume/company profile display, basic operational tools, reporting and feedback channels, etc.
TT3Labs reserves the right to adjust, change, suspend, upgrade, or maintain services based on operational and compliance needs; services may be interrupted or unavailable due to network, system, or third-party reasons.
You understand and agree that the job postings, salaries, benefits, company introductions, and other information displayed on this platform are mostly provided by employers or third parties, and are subject to timeliness and variability; you should verify key terms and facts before applying, interviewing, or starting work.
Legal compliance：You must ensure that you have the legal qualifications and authorization to publish recruitment information and conduct recruitment activities, and that your recruitment practices comply with the laws and regulations of your location and the location of your recruitment targets (including but not limited to anti-discrimination, labor employment, advertising, personal information protection, etc.).
Truthful information：The job information, salary range, benefits, work location/remote scope, job requirements, etc. that you publish must be true and accurate, and you must not fabricate positions, exaggerate promotions, conceal key risks, or make misleading statements.
Fraud prohibited：You must not commit fraud under the guise of recruitment, induce transfers of money/cryptocurrency, charge training fees/deposits/guarantees/entry fees, etc.; you must not request sensitive information unrelated to recruitment.
Compliance communication：You must not harass, insult, threaten, or intimidate candidates; you must not send illegal or non-compliant content.
Responsibility：You are fully responsible for the recruitment information, communication content, hiring decisions, salary payments, and dispute resolutions; TT3Labs does not endorse or guarantee your recruitment actions.
You are responsible for the authenticity of the resume, experiences, works, certificates, and other information you provide; you must not forge, fabricate, or steal others' information.
You should carefully identify risks, not pay training fees/deposits/guarantees/entry fees to any entity, and not engage in high-risk operations such as transferring cryptocurrency first; do not disclose private keys, mnemonic phrases, verification codes, and do not accept abnormal remote control.
You should observe communication etiquette, not harass, insult, or threaten others, and not send illegal or non-compliant content or spam.
The content you publish or provide on this platform must be legal and compliant, and must not contain illegal, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, violent, hateful, harassing, false advertising, or other information; it must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests.
To achieve platform functions (such as display, storage, transmission, formatting, multi-end adaptation, review, and security risk control, etc.), you grant TT3Labs a worldwide, free, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, disseminate, and adapt (limited to formatting and technical processing) your content. This authorization will cease after you delete the content, except for legal or compliance retention requirements.
If your content involves third-party rights, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization; otherwise, you bear all responsibilities.
Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the platform in any way (including crawling, bulk grabbing, malicious requests, attacks, reverse engineering, etc.).
Publishing false job postings, false company information, or committing fraud, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or other illegal activities under the guise of recruitment.
Sending spam, engaging in harassing private messages, inducing users to click on fraudulent links or download unknown software.
Impersonating others, stealing accounts, forging certification materials, infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy.
Other behaviors that violate applicable laws and regulations or the rules of this platform.
This platform may contain third-party services or external links. Third parties are bound by their respective terms and privacy policies.
TT3Labs is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or compliance. Any transactions or disputes between you and third parties are to be resolved by you and the third parties.
The trademarks, logos, interfaces, programs, texts, and other intellectual property involved in this platform and its content (excluding user content) belong to TT3Labs or relevant rights holders.
Without the written permission of TT3Labs, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, rent, sell, or otherwise use the above content.
To maintain platform order and security, TT3Labs has the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions, removal, freezing, or termination of services based on reasonable judgment against content or accounts suspected of being false, violating regulations, infringing, committing fraud, or posing obvious risks.
If your actions cause TT3Labs to suffer losses, claims, or penalties, you shall bear full responsibility and compensate TT3Labs for the losses incurred (including reasonable attorney fees, investigation fees, etc.).
TT3Labs may update this agreement from time to time based on business and compliance needs and indicate the last updated date on the page. Continuing to use this platform after updates is deemed acceptance of the updated agreement; if you do not agree with the updated content, you should stop using this platform.
