TT3Labs (hereinafter referred to as "TT3" or "the platform") attaches great importance to your privacy and personal information protection. This 'Privacy Policy' explains how TT3Labs collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal information, as well as how you can exercise related rights. By registering, logging in, or using the platform, you indicate that you have read and agreed to this policy.
This policy applies to all situations in which you access or use the platform, including but not limited to account registration, profile completion, browsing job listings, submitting resumes, on-platform communication, posting jobs, using paid features, and submitting reports and feedback.
This policy does not apply to third-party services. When you are redirected from the platform to third-party websites/systems, the third party will handle your information according to their own privacy policy.
Account and Identity Information：Registration information (email/phone, username, password stored encrypted), account security information (login time, IP address, device information, risk-control labels, etc.).
Candidate Information：Basic information (name/title, location, language, job preferences, etc.), resume information (education/work experience, skills, projects, expected salary, etc.), and application/communication information. To provide AI resume analysis and job matching, the resume content you upload or fill in will be further processed (see Sections 3 and 4).
Employer / Recruiter Information：Company information, job-posting information, recruitment management information (candidate screening and communication records).
Usage and Log Information：Page views, clicks, search keywords, time spent, device model, operating system, browser, approximate geographic location (IP city/region level), etc.
Cookies and Similar Technologies：Used for maintaining login status, preferences, statistical analysis, anti-fraud and security risk control, etc. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect some features.
Service Provision and Maintenance：Account registration and login, displaying job/resume/company pages, application and communication, recruitment management, etc.
AI Features：To provide AI resume analysis, job matching, and other features, we use third-party AI services to parse your resume content, generate analysis results and matching recommendations, and may store related data in vectorized (embedding) form to support matching.
Security and Risk Control：Identity and account security verification, anti-fraud, anti-spam, fraud/attack detection, content-compliance processing.
Operations and Optimization：Product feature improvements, user experience optimization, statistical analysis, troubleshooting and customer support.
Notifications and Communication：Sending service notifications (such as system updates, account security alerts, application status notifications, etc.).
Compliance Obligations：Responding to legitimate requests from regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other competent authorities, or providing necessary evidence in dispute resolution.
TT3Labs does not sell your personal information.
Job Search and Recruitment Scenarios：When you set your resume to public, employers on the platform can browse your basic information in the talent pool; when you actively apply for a job, the corresponding employer can view your full resume and application materials. If you set your resume to hidden, it is visible to others only when you actively apply.
AI Service Providers：To provide AI resume analysis, job matching, and other features, we may transmit your resume content to third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing. Such providers process your information only within the scope necessary to provide services to us.
Payment Service Providers：Your payments are processed by third-party payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, NOWPayments). We do not store your complete payment credentials (such as full card numbers). Each payment service provider handles related information according to their own terms and privacy policy.
Other Service Providers：TT3Labs may use third-party service providers (cloud services, email, analytics, customer support tools, etc.) to process some data, and require them to process information only within the scope necessary to provide services.
Legal and Compliance：When required by laws and regulations, law enforcement investigations, court orders, or necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of TT3Labs / users, we may disclose necessary information.
The platform serves users globally, and the storage and processing of related data may occur outside your country or region. To provide platform services, your personal information (including resume content) may be transferred to the countries or regions where we and third-party service providers are located for storage or processing, currently mainly including cloud service and AI service providers located in the United States.
The data protection laws of the above countries or regions may differ from those in your location, and your information may be subject to local laws during processing there. To the extent required by applicable law, we will take reasonable measures to require recipients to provide protection equivalent to this policy. By using the platform and submitting related information, you indicate that you understand and agree to the above cross-border transfer.
Access and Correction：Access and correct your account information and profile.
Deletion and Account Closure：You can directly apply for account closure in your personal center; TT3Labs will process this according to legal requirements.
Withdrawal of Consent：For consent-based processing (such as marketing subscriptions), you may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

TT3Labs adopts industry-standard technical and management measures to protect your data, including transmission encryption and access control.
TT3Labs retains your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy. Generally, after account closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (usually 30 to 90 days), except where retention is required by applicable law, or necessary for dispute resolution, security assurance, or fulfilling compliance obligations.
In the event of a data security incident, TT3Labs will promptly notify affected users in accordance with legal requirements.
The platform does not provide services to minors below the age at which they can independently enter into contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If TT3Labs finds that information about minors has been improperly collected, we will delete or anonymize it as soon as reasonably possible.
