Job Responsibilities:
1. User Feedback and Demand Insight
- Daily in-depth tracking of user feedback through Telegram and customer service channels.
- Logically organize and transform scattered feedback into clear "product requirements," and collaborate with product development to follow up on the implementation of these requirements.
2. Full-Cycle Promotion of New Features
- Content Planning: Responsible for content planning for the launch of new product features.
- Content Creation: Independently create promotional materials, including but not limited to Twitter threads, feature demonstration videos (short videos/tutorials), and poster copy.
- Distribution and Interaction: Responsible for multi-channel distribution, community interaction and maintenance, and data analysis and review of promotional effects.
3. Operational Activity Planning and Execution
- Assist the team in completing various operational activities;
- Responsible for following up on activity materials (communicating with designers or handling simple tasks independently) and quantitative review of activity results.
Job Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of practical experience in the Web3 industry, familiar with memecoin on-chain operations, and English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
2. Content Creation Ability: Proficient in using editing tools and able to independently produce product demonstration videos with a strong rhythm and clear expression.
3. Data-Driven: Possess basic data analysis skills, such as using Google Analytics or AI to evaluate operational effectiveness.
4. Communication and Empathy: Able to think from the user's perspective and possess excellent logical expression skills.
5. Strong Execution Ability: In the initial stage, we value the ability to "get things done" and deliver high-quality output at a high frequency.
