Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for talent recruitment for core positions in the company (including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding process);
2. Work closely with hiring departments to understand team needs;
3. Establish and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expand the talent pool for Web3/business roles;
Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for candidates with at least 6 months of Web3 recruitment experience;
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and self-motivation;
3. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in human resources, psychology, management, or related fields;
4. Initially remote, with a later base in Shenzhen;
