About this position:
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist who is familiar with Web3 business operations and the agency ecosystem. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with agency partners, efficiently managing communities, and overseeing operational risk control. The position will focus on agency lifecycle management, optimizing cost and commission risk control, converting user feedback, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive the scalable and standardized growth of the agency ecosystem.
What you will do:
1. Support the Business Manager in resolving various agency issues and maintaining cooperative relationships;
2. Enhance agency management efficiency through community coordination and Q&A;
3. Optimize cost risk control and commission management;
4. Collect user feedback and convert it into actionable product suggestions to help improve product and user experience quality.
We hope you:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, with English working language proficiency;
2. Have 1-3 years of experience in the Web3 industry, with an understanding of industry/business operation mechanisms/customer support mechanisms;
3. Possess strong logical thinking abilities and excellent communication and collaboration skills;
4. Are self-driven, have strong stress resistance, and can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
