Responsibilities
- Provide professional English customer service to global users through online chat, ticketing system, and other channels;
- Handle user inquiries related to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, trading, etc., and assist in resolving user questions during the usage process;
- Collect user feedback, follow up in a timely manner, and assist internal teams in addressing related issues;
- Assist in user communication and Q&A for official events, announcements, and other content;
- Continuously optimize user service experience and enhance user satisfaction;
- Collaborate with the team to complete shift work, ensuring 24/7 customer service support.
Requirements
- Fluent in reading and writing English, no spoken requirement;
- Interested in the Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain industry, willing to learn and develop long-term;
- Possess good communication skills and service awareness, able to patiently resolve user issues;
- Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
- Familiar with derivatives trading
