Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the daily operational data of the exchange, covering core metrics such as registration, activity, deposits, withdrawals, spot trading, derivatives trading, fee income, and platform profit and loss.
Build a user lifecycle data analysis system to analyze the conversion rates of each stage in the “visit—registration—verification—deposit—first trade—ongoing trading—retention—churn” process, identifying key growth points and reasons for churn.
Responsible for data attribution of marketing channels, KOLs, agents, and community users, calculating customer acquisition costs, first deposit costs, trading conversion rates, user lifetime value, and return on investment for different channels.
Establish a business cost accounting system to collect and analyze market spending, activity rewards, fee rebates, agent commissions, market making costs, user subsidies, and other operational expenses.
Combine fee income, user trading profit and loss, rebate costs, activity costs, and channel costs to calculate the actual profit contribution of different businesses, channels, activities, and user groups.
Responsible for data analysis of spot, derivatives, and key trading pairs, focusing on the number of traders, trading volume, fees, positions, funding rates, liquidations, user profit and loss, and platform revenue changes.
Analyze the trading behavior of new users, active users, high-net-worth users, API users, agent users, and activity users, establishing user segmentation and value assessment models.
Conduct preliminary calculations, mid-term monitoring, and post-event reviews of operational activities, assessing the new users, deposits, trades, retention, and revenue generated by activities, and determining whether the activities produced real increments.
Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and special data reporting mechanisms to promptly identify data anomalies, business fluctuations, and potential risks, providing clear cause analysis and improvement suggestions.
Through trend analysis, funnel analysis, year-on-year comparisons, user segmentation, retention analysis, and anomaly monitoring, discover data change patterns to guide market spending, user operations, product iterations, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with product, technology, finance, marketing, risk control, and operations teams to unify data standards, improve tracking, reporting, data dashboards, and business metrics systems.
Conduct data simulations and goal breakdowns based on business objectives, providing calculation support for new users, DAU, EFTTS, trading volume, fee income, and platform profit metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, computer science, or related fields.
More than 2 years of experience in data operations, business analysis, commercial analysis, or internet data analysis; experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, brokerages, fintech, or trading platforms is preferred.
Familiar with the business logic of spot trading, derivatives, leverage, funding rates, fees, rebates, agent commissions, market making, and user trading profit and loss.
Proficient in Excel, capable of independently completing complex data cleaning, pivot analysis, cost calculations, and business model building.
Familiar with SQL, able to independently extract and process user, trading, funding, and channel-related data.
Strong data sensitivity, able to identify problems from data changes, locate causes, and propose executable business suggestions.
Strong cost awareness and business awareness, focusing not only on user numbers and trading volume but also on assessing actual revenue, costs, and profit contributions.
Clear logic, with good cross-departmental communication skills, able to translate complex data into conclusions that the business team can understand and execute.
