Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of core technology, risk control, compliance, and business market operations positions both domestically and internationally. Expand recruitment channels both domestically and internationally, proficiently using LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, and industry communities to identify Web3 elites. Build a decentralized team culture to promote efficient communication and collaboration across global time zones. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in the internet industry or more than 2 years of HR experience in the Web3/blockchain industry; candidates with a background in well-known exchanges are preferred. English can be used as a working language, able to communicate fluently with global candidates for business inquiries. Possess strong Global Sourcing capabilities, with rich experience in talent scouting overseas (Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc.). Highly self-driven, embracing change, and able to adapt to the high intensity, fast pace, and remote working model of the Web3 industry.
