### Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our innovative team and drive the development of meme projects, perpetual contract trading platforms, and other popular applications in the Web3 space. You will be responsible for the entire process from user insights to product implementation, combining technology and market trends to create user-friendly decentralized products. The ideal candidate should have a strong Web3 background, systematic design thinking, and cross-team collaboration skills.
### Core Responsibilities
- Lead the demand analysis, roadmap planning, and iterative optimization of Web3 products, focusing on high-growth areas such as meme culture and perpetual contract trading.
- Engage deeply with users and market trends to identify hot topics (such as DeFi innovations, NFT communities, etc.) and translate them into executable product features.
- Collaborate with the development team to assess technical feasibility, anticipate development challenges, and ensure efficient product design implementation.
- Build high-fidelity prototypes to guide UI/UX design and achieve user-oriented interaction experiences.
- Maintain a product knowledge base, promote team knowledge sharing, and enhance overall product efficiency.
### Qualifications
- **Web3 Project Experience**: At least 5 Web3 projects encountered, with a deep understanding of the ecosystem.
- **Domain Expertise**: Familiar with meme culture and community dynamics, perpetual contract trading mechanisms (such as leverage, funding rates, etc.), and have personally used various Web3 products (such as GMGN, hyperliquid, axiom, edgex, etc.). Must stay updated on trending Web3 topics (such as Layer 2 scaling, AI+Web3, etc.).
- **Technical Sensitivity**: Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, able to proactively consider technical challenges in product design and estimate development difficulty and timelines.
- **Prototyping and Design Skills**: Proficient in Figma, skilled in using at least one component library (such as Ant Design or shadcn) to build interactive prototypes; possess a certain level of UI aesthetics to ensure designs are simple and beautiful; have a systematic design philosophy (such as Design System) to avoid fragmented designs.
- **User Orientation**: Strong empathy, able to optimize interaction design from user pain points, ensuring product logic is reasonable and intuitive, enhancing user retention.
- **Product Experience Preferred**: Prior experience with contract-related products (such as derivatives trading platforms) or meme projects (such as community-driven token tools) is preferred.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, able to efficiently connect with the development team on technical requirements and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
- **Knowledge Management**: Establish and maintain a personal/team knowledge base system (such as Notion or Confluence), systematically organize Web3 trends, competitive analysis, and best practices.
### Other Requirements
- Over 3 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years related to Web3.
- Fluent in English (reading/writing), able to track global Web3 dynamics.
