Job Overview
As a Platform Core Product Manager, you will be responsible for the “core lifeline” infrastructure of the digital currency exchange. By building efficient, compliant, and highly cohesive low-coupling general business components (covering global identity, security barriers, user core asset interactions, etc.), you will support daily access for millions of users and provide strong underlying support for all business lines (spot trading, derivatives, Web3, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Integration of Web2 & Web3 account systems: Responsible for the global registration/login flow (supporting email, mobile, OAuth 2.0, Passkey), and lead the one-click binding/association of Web3 wallets (such as MetaMask, WalletConnect), as well as a low-threshold access solution for generating MPC wallets without private keys based on social accounts.
- Global dynamic configuration KYC/AML middle platform: Interface with mainstream global compliance providers (such as Sumsub, Onfido) to build a “configurable KYC engine” that dynamically issues different compliance flows based on user registration IP, nationality, and other dimensions (such as dynamically issuing basic authentication, address proof, or video interviews), achieving global compliance adaptation with a single codebase.
- General central infrastructure and component service: Lead the iteration of high-concurrency message centers (email/SMS/Push/in-site message routing system), personal settings center, and distributed search system across the site. Abstract the above foundational capabilities into standard APIs/SDKs to provide highly decoupled middle-platform services for various independent business lines.
- Accounting model and asset transfer: Responsible for the design of user business layer deposit and withdrawal processes, leading the fund transfer logic between the site’s asset accounts (Funding Account) and trading accounts, wealth management accounts, snapshot systems, and asset billing centers, collaborating with the trading team to complete the underlying accounting integration of the Unified Trading Account (UTA).
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of product experience in frontline digital currency exchanges, global FinTech payment platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal), or large cross-border e-commerce platform account middle platforms.
- Professional Skills: Familiar with mainstream authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, Passkey; a deep understanding of global privacy compliance standards (such as GDPR); clear underlying logic regarding blockchain wallet deposits and withdrawals, recharge memo verification, and multi-position accounting reconciliation processes.
- Architectural Thinking: Possess excellent middle-platform and microservices architectural thinking, able to transform complex and fragmented business requirements into highly cohesive and highly scalable underlying general logic.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to read English compliance policies and third-party technical API documentation without barriers.
