Job Description:
1. Product Section: Responsible for the entire process of two core product lines of the company (official website e-commerce/mobile app), from product planning, requirement breakdown, wireframe creation to requirement acceptance and delivery.
2. Project Management Section: As a virtual leader, able to organize and coordinate across departments, efficiently allocate resources for R&D, QA, design, and marketing, timely identify and resolve risks, ensuring high-quality delivery and release of requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. Product Planning: Have a certain understanding of the web3 industry and a deep understanding of human nature.
2. Requirement Breakdown: Strong ability to understand and break down requirements, able to clearly identify key points and produce concise yet clear requirement documents (familiarity with Notion is required).
3. Requirement Communication: Able to convey requirements clearly and succinctly to design and development teams.
4. Strong sense and aesthetic for user experience of websites and app products.
5. Familiarity with Figma, primarily used for creating wireframes.
6. Requirement Acceptance: Consistently uphold high-quality standards for product acceptance, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
7. Ownership: Strong ownership of the products responsible for, able to lead tasks until high-quality delivery to users.
8. English: At least proficient in written communication and documentation definition; good spoken English is a plus, and having overseas study or work experience is an advantage.
