Job Responsibilities
Lead front-end architecture design and core feature development (Web + mobile).
Guide the front-end team in task breakdown, code review, and progress control.
Promote project refactoring and technical optimization to enhance system stability and scalability.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (RN), achieving deep integration with native Android.
Build high-performance web front-end using Next.js, optimizing interaction experience and SEO.
Deeply participate in Web3 development (wallet connection, on-chain interaction, NFT/Token modules).
Advocate for and implement efficient AI programming to improve overall team development efficiency.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of front-end development experience with a solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proficient in React Native and Next.js, with experience in successfully launched projects.
Familiar with native Android development, able to independently implement integration of RN and native modules.
Familiar with the Web3 technology stack (ethers.js/web3.js, wallet integration, smart contract interaction).
Experience in project refactoring, capable of optimizing legacy code and improving architectural quality.
Possess team management/leadership experience, able to guide and train members and drive implementation.
Experience in remote collaboration, with good communication and documentation habits.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Supabase and SEO.
Familiar with Supabase, WebRTC, and real-time communication technologies.
Experience in developing social apps or growth-oriented products.
Understanding of the TON blockchain ecosystem development.
Located in Shenzhen for convenient offline team communication.
