Product Manager

Job Requirements: 1. Responsible for project initiation, team formation, process implementation, milestone reporting, and project deliverables for the projects undertaken by the department; able to balance and control project scope, cost, quality, and risk throughout the process to achieve on-time delivery. 2. Responsible for organizing requirement research, requirement confirmation, designing implementation plans, formulating implementation schedules, writing key project documents, controlling project implementation progress, and achieving milestone acceptance. 3. Responsible for guiding team members in their work, coordinating to resolve various issues encountered in the project, reasonably arranging the work of implementation personnel, and fully motivating relevant implementation personnel. 4. Responsible for actively communicating and coordinating with clients, maintaining good relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring the smooth completion of the entire project, and delivering milestone nodes. Job Requirements: 1. Strong project management, project control, and driving capabilities. 2. Excellent communication, expression, adaptability, analysis, and problem-solving skills. 3. Proficient in AI-related tools such as DS, Google AI, MiaoDuo, WPS, etc. 4. Experience in all stages of project implementation, familiar with the process documentation required at each stage. 5. Good project management skills and strong document writing abilities, able to reasonably allocate, arrange, and supervise the work efficiency and quality of project team members to ensure high-quality and efficient completion of work objectives on time. 6. Preference for candidates with more than 2 years of grassroots R&D experience.
